Krafters and Da Hawwa Lur Partner to Advance Inclusive Economic Empowerment through HUB

Krafters has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Da Hawwa Lur, a rights-based non-governmental organization, to jointly advance the economic empowerment of women, minorities, and transgender communities through skill development, digital inclusion, and enterprise support. Under this strategic partnership, both organizations will collaborate to design and implement inclusive capacity-building interventions aimed at improving employability, self-reliance, and access to sustainable livelihoods for marginalized communities.

The MoU outlines a comprehensive framework of cooperation that includes:

• Skill development and vocational training aligned with market demand
• Digital onboarding and literacy support to enhance access to online tools and platforms
• Financial inclusion initiatives, including awareness and linkages with formal financial systems
• Capacity-building sessions focused on entrepreneurship, business management, and growth

A key component of the partnership is the integration of Da Hawwa Lur’s beneficiaries onto the HUB digital platform. Through HUB, beneficiaries will receive end-to-end handholding for business establishment and development, including access to business development services, market linkages, institutional networks, and digital resources.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to inclusive development, leveraging technology and community-led models to reduce systemic barriers faced by underrepresented groups in accessing economic opportunities.

By combining Da Hawwa Lur’s grassroots outreach and social mobilization with Krafters’ tech-enabled enterprise support ecosystem, the partnership aims to create scalable, sustainable pathways for income generation and dignified livelihoods.
